Warranty conditions for your ANHOR Sports rowing machine

At ANHOR Sports we are proud to offer you a high-quality rowing machine. Your satisfaction and your trust in our product come first. That is why we provide a comprehensive warranty for the following components of your rowing machine:

  • Ash wood frame
  • Rubber running surface of the rails
  • Upper and lower tank container
  • Propeller
  • Seat wheels and Power Rower X-720-E mounting wheels
  • LCD computer
  • Foot straps
  • Cable pull
  • Spare parts such as screws, nuts and connectors

Scope and duration of the warranty

The warranty takes effect upon receipt of the product and applies for a period of 2 or 3 years, depending on the package you purchased. This warranty covers private use of the machine. Where the machine is used under professional supervision, for example in rehabilitation facilities or hotels, conditions apply by individual arrangement.

No hidden costs

We guarantee transparent handling with no excess payment. There are no hidden costs or additional charges.

Transferability of the warranty

The warranty is transferable. This means that warranty cover remains in place even if you sell the machine or give it away.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is a voluntary commitment on our part and is granted in addition to your statutory rights. Your statutory warranty rights in the event of defects remain unaffected and are not limited by this warranty.
