About ANHOR Sports
ANHOR Sports is a Hamburg-based company for fitness equipment and sports gear. Founded in 2022 by Emre Bayram, it grew out of a simple observation: anyone who wants to train at home is too often forced to choose between cheap mass-produced equipment and overpriced studio machines.
Our focus is on water rowing machines – made from solid ash, built to stand in your living room rather than hidden away in the basement.
Our story
The idea behind ANHOR Sports came from personal experience. Our founder discovered water rowing himself and quickly realised how much it changed his own training. It did not take long before he decided that this experience should not be his alone – and that people of every age and build should have the chance to work on themselves at home.
Our mission
Our mission is to get you out of your comfort zone and show you how straightforward it can be to stay fit – whatever your age or build. With our premium ash rowing machines we want to improve not only your physical fitness, but also create space for mental strength and personal growth.

The person behind the brand
Our founder and owner, a keen rower and fitness enthusiast, is at the centre of this journey. Through his own experience and the changes he saw in his life, he wanted to offer others the same opportunity.
