We deliver within Germany.

Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany is free of charge. No minimum order value applies.

Processing and shipping time

After receipt of your order and successful payment, we begin processing your order immediately. The estimated shipping time is 1 to 3 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may depend on factors such as product availability and delivery address.

Carrier

Shipping is usually handled by DHL, in individual cases by Hermes or GLS.

Local pickup

By prior arrangement you can also collect your order from us in Hamburg. Please contact us in advance by phone on +49 170 6117777 or by email at info@anhor-sports.de so that we can arrange a time.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email contains all relevant information as well as a tracking number that you can use to follow the status of your delivery.
