Statutory right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The full cancellation policy including the sample withdrawal form can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we give you 30 days from receipt of the goods to test your machine at home. You are welcome to unpack it, assemble it and try it out.

How returns work

Please contact us in advance by email at info@anhor-sports.de or by phone on +49 170 6117777. We will then arrange the process and the collection with you.

Condition of the goods

Please handle the goods with care while testing and keep the original packaging. Where signs of use go beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we may deduct compensation for the diminished value from the refund amount. This does not affect your right to return the goods.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Refunds

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back. The refund is made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

If you make use of our voluntary 30-day return policy, we will refund the purchase price after we have received and inspected the returned goods, using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
